Our Youth Ministry uses the GroupMe platform to communicate with our students and parents. GroupMe is a group messaging app that is used by millions of people and is fully compatible with Apple, Android, and Windows.  If you choose not to use the app, there's an option within your GroupMe account to have all messages delivered via text.  Using the app is strongly recommended, however, because it will work better when we send information about upcoming events, polls, etc.  

 

We will be using this platform instead of texting when we're communicating information that needs to be communicated to all our parents or teens.  This platform is more secure than standard texting, allows people to join or leave the group whenever they want to (ex. after they graduate), allows us to more easily transmit information about events, and allows us to more quickly communicate information.
